Who We Are
Alivuyota Infrastructure Development (Pty) Ltd is a 100% Black-owned company registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), holding 6GBPE & 6CEPE grading. We specialise in construction and property development throughout South Africa.
Since our inception over 12 years ago, the company has matured into a successful and reliable firm. We are wholly owned and managed by qualified industry professionals who together boast more than 45 years of combined experience in the building industry.
Our aim is to operate in the South African construction sector’s top tier as a ’10+ business’—a company which consistently achieves a high “Return on Capital Employed” (ROCE) while creating sustainable environments for our communities.
